The Ju'an Lightweight Ceramsite Thermal Insulation and Decorative Integrated Panel is primarily made from silicate mine tailings, ceramic stone, bentonite, and other raw materials, supplemented with a foaming agent. It undergoes production processes including grinding, granulation, pressing, drying, and glazing. The material is then formed through a one-time high-temperature sintering and expansion at 1200°C. The surface layer and insulation layer are sintered and fused without an interface, making it a new type of architectural thermal insulation and decorative material.
